Flying Lessons

Another pilot once told me "Every time I fly, I can't believe they let us do this!  It's so much fun!!".  I feel that same way about flying and I am excited to help you learn to fly or build on your skills as a pilot.  It was a life long dream of mine to learn to fly.  When I finally signed up for my first flying lesson, I became hooked immediately.  One of the best parts of being an instructor is that I am constantly learning as much from my students as they learn from me.  One key to teaching different types of personalities is finding a way to help each pilot learn in a way that makes sense to them.  This is a challenge that I enjoy and I'm constantly challenged to find ways to improve the experience for my students.  I offer flight instruction to a limited number of students so that I can provide each student with the required time and attention necessary.

Certified Flight Instructor Lincoln Nebraska

Learning how to fly for the first time means you'll be working on getting your Private Pilot Certificate. Maybe you already have your Private Pilot Certificate, but it's been a couple years and you are in need of a Flight Review (previously known as a biennial). I can help you with that and most of my students feel it is a fun and educational  experience.
I am also a certified flight instructor-instrument (CFII), which means I can instruct you through your initial Instrument Rating or help you knock the rust off of your instrument flying skills with an Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC). If you are interested in flying twin engine aircraft, I am a multi engine instructor (MEI) for training in multi engine aircraft. For those pilots interested in getting paid to fly, I am happy to assist you with your Commercial Pilot Certificate as well.  Tailwheel training is also available in my Citabria.
